Return Policy

Our return policy lasts 30 days. Any returns past 30 days from the date of purchase unfortunately will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Item to be eligible for consideration of a return, it must be unused and in the same condition and original packaging in which you received it.

Certain items that are non-returnable

Non-returnable items:

-Gift cards

Proof of purchase must be presented for consideration of a return.

Please do not return items to the producer.

To be eligible as partial refunds, the following conditions are required:

* magazines that have been likely used
*any item in its original condition, but is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error (i.e an item in the same condition and original packaging in complete during its purchase but returned with missing parts).

*Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Late or missing refunds;

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card bank/company, it may take some time before your refund is officially transferred. There is often some processing time before a refund is transferred.

If you will receive a refund, please contact your bank first as it may take some time for the funds to be credited to your account.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@212-magazine.com.

Sale products/articles/items; (it means additional items given other than magazines)

Only regular priced magazine (product) may be refunded, unfortunately sale items given additionally cannot be refunded.

 

Gifts

If a product is sent to you as a gift and you returned it, then a gift card / gift token with the same price of the returned product will be sent to you. Once your return is received, we will send your gift cheque by an email.

If a product is received by you as a gift or the person who bought the related gift requested it to sent you later on; in case of return of the product that was given as a gift, the related refund will be made to the person who bought the gift. In this case, your return of the gift will be known by the person who bought the gift.

 

Shipping

The returned product must be sent back to the address of HARBIYE MAH. MIM KEMAL ÖKE CAD. AREL APARTMANI NO:6 SISLI, ISTANBUL, 34367, TURKEY.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 75$, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
